Orgapharma Herbal Manufacturing Sdn. Bhd.

Orgapharma Herbal Manufacturing Sdn. Bhd. was established on 31 May 2002 and is a wholly owned subsidiary of Orgabio Holdings Berhad. The company forms part of the Group’s corporate structure as an investment holding entity.

The company was originally established by Dato’ Ean Yong Tin Sin to undertake the processing and packing of local traditional herbs and Chinese herbs. This marked the early foundation of the business that subsequently developed into the Orgabio Group.

As the Group expanded, its business focus gradually shifted from traditional herbal products towards instant beverage premix and health supplement manufacturing. Orgapharma Herbal Manufacturing now serves primarily as an investment holding company, supporting the Group’s corporate structure and ownership of its business assets.

The company also holds investment property, which is currently rented to Orgabio Manufacturing Sdn. Bhd. at prevailing market rates. This provides an additional role in managing and supporting the Group’s property assets.
