Our Company was incorporated in Malaysia on 2 May 2018 under the Act as a private limited company under the name of Orgabio Holdings Sdn Bhd. On 24 November 2020, we converted into a public limited company and assumed our present name, Orgabio Holdings Berhad. We were incorporated as a special purpose vehicle to facilitate the listing of our Subsidiaries on the ACE Market.
Orgabio is a Malaysia-based investment holding company primarily engaged in the manufacturing of instant beverage premixes. Through its subsidiaries, the Group provides OEM/Original Design Manufacturer (“ODM”) services for third-party brand owners across coffee, tea, chocolate, and functional food supplement premixes. The Group also sells products under its own house brands, “EveryDay” and “BrogaHill,” and trades aloe vera gel.
